Refund Policy
Refund Requests
Must be submitted in writing thoroughly explaining the reason for the request to Stephanie Tull at STull@JWTull.com within 10 days of triggering event or project completion.
- Refunds may be considered for the following reasons:
- Disputes regarding the work quality or fulfillment under the contract.
- Project cancellation by the client before the commencement of work. Some items may be non-refundable such as special order or custom items, or materials already purchased for the project.
- Overpayment due to billing error.
Refund Amount:
- Refund amounts will be determined based on the work completed, expenses incurred, and any applicable fees or penalties.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the refund approval.
